If your Mac is not on the same local network as your device, set up a Cuevello Relay server.

What to include
To help diagnose issues, please include:
- Cuevello app version and build number
- Mac companion app version
- Device model and system versions
- Whether the Mac and the device are on the same local network
- A short description of the issue and the steps that led to it
- Screenshots or logs, if they are useful and do not contain private information
Common checks
- Make sure the Cuevello menu bar app is running on the Mac.
- Keep the Mac and the device on the same local network while pairing and running workflows.
- Allow Local Network access on the device.
- Allow Camera access when scanning a pairing QR code.
- Grant Accessibility permission to the Mac app so it can read and trigger menu items.
- If pairing fails, restart the Mac companion app and open the pairing window again.
